I saw this magazine when I was in the waiting room at the Doctors recently, it had this article about how all the traffic calming measures that local authorities were putting in place were great because they turned the streets into an urban rally course. It struck me as irresponsible, dangerous and a triumph of human optimism and ingenuity over the rules and regulations of the nanny state. Here's one for all you urban rally stars!
